For this one, you're going to need a yoga block and a light dumbbell.
Step 1: Get into the quadruped position with your left hand on your yoga block and your right hand holding onto your dumbbell.
Step 2: Keeping a neutral spine, press your spine to the sky a bit, and then retract your shoulder blade downward toward the spine. From there drive your elbow straight back, allowing the center or your palm to pass by your belly button, thus performing a rowing movement. Do not let your shoulder blade elevate as you do this. Rep these guys out!
